Wizard Cannot find relationships to print

After opening the relationships window and
selecting "print relationships". I get the
message "Wizard can't find any relationships to print.
You must either define some new relationships between
tables, or if relationships do exist you must open and
close the relationships window before using this wizard.
I know that I have relationships, and I have opened and
closed the relationships window as instructed. I have
also done a compact and repair database, and a complete
shutdown/restart, and the problem still persists. Can
someone please help me.

when you open the relationships window do the
relationships you created appear?
