Without removing files

I'd like not to be nagged by the "Low Disk Space" in the System tray. The
fix for this in Windows 2000 does not seem to work in XP. Is there some
other way of solving this issue in WinXP? Thanks.

Windows XP SP2

Get rid of the Hibernate file, modify your pagefile? Delete temp and temp
internet files on shutdown?

Run the edit on Kelly's site:

Line 65: Disable Low Disk Space Message

See the top of the page for info on running the edit.

Thanks but the issue is not on C drive. Like I said, "Without removing
files." I have another disk that has maybe 145MB left on it. That is what
I want. And of course no nag. But the nag seems to be less obtrusive in
Windows XP. I just hope it stays that way.

Thank you Detlev that is what I was looking for. Yes different than in
Windows 2000.
