Wireless set up help ???

So I finnaly got " connection enabled " on both pc's . Just starting with Ad Hock connection between 2 pc's with no internet sharing as all I want to do is swap files between pc's .
Howevr even after allowing file sharing I can not swap files . every time I try I get to the point shown in the picture and can not swap files . Same thing on both pc's .
So what simple thing have I missed out .

It looks like you don't have any folders shared (or perhaps file sharing isn't enabled) on the 2nd PC - so you can see the PC but no folders to copy the file too.
