Frustrated

Hi there,

I got a D-Link wireless router and cards with WEP enabled
keys with encryptions values: 64bit, 128bit, 256bit.

But I have Windows XP Pro, which only supports
encryptions key values: 40bit, 104bit.

How can I secure the network using the WEP and Windows XP?

Thank you

64bit and 40bit are the same thing.

128bit and 104bit are the same thing.

The first number is the total size of the encryption key. The second
number is the number of user-specifiable bits in the encryption key.
Each encryption key has 24 bits that the user can't specify, and that
accounts for the difference.
