Wireless Network Connection sending but not recieving!!!

I have a laptop and I logged into a wirless network connection using
Network Key and got connected but I only send Packets but not
recieving any, I have tried alot of methods to fix it but I couldn't.
Please can anyone tell me why this is happening. Does this have to do
with my IP address? I tried to repair it but it says IP address
failed to renew

Click Start, Run, type:

netsh winsock reset

Press Enter key

Restart the system
