Windows XP Wireless network, connected, or not?

HI... What does this mean?

(see the attachment!)

It is wiered, and happenes a half the times i start up my PC.

I just disconnect, and re connect, and it works fine!

it has got the connection as you can see.

this is a problem with XP SP2. there hasn't been a fix released for this as far as i know, i'm waiting for it as myself and others are experiencing the same problem. but it definatley doesn't affect the connection.
