Wireless Keyboard Problems

When I click the Mail and Web/Home buttons on my new Wireless Keyboard it
takes me to the Owner folder of my computer, instead of launching the
webpages? And suggestions would be great. Thank you.
 
Are we supposed to guess what kind of wireless keybord you have? Have you
installed the software for it? Have you looked in the wireless keybord setup
for button functions?

Start, Settings, Control Panel, Keyboard, "Key Settings" tab, click "Mail" to highlight it,
click the "Edit" button to reassign the task.
Same for the "Web/Home" key.
 
I have a microsoft wireless keyboard, and the guy below your response said to
go into the settings and change the funtions, I did that, but when I push the
button on the keyboard to launch my mail, or my home page the Owner Folder
pops up? Hope this helps. Thanks

Installed the drivers for for your new keyboard?
 
Yeah, I installed everything, it is working fine.....the only problem is when
I click on the Web/Home and mail buttons, it takes me right to the Owner
folder for some reason....thiat is what im trying to figure out....Why is it
taking me there instead of launching the Internet or Mail????
