Ever since I reformatted my HP Laptop I have lost the option of wireless
connectivity. My wireless connection is integrated into the laptop and when I
click the wireless button, it doesn't even react. There are no wireless
options in the control panel anymore just to make that clear. What do I do? I
live off of wireless connection and when I called microsoft they told me to
post the question here. Do they know what they're doing anymore?

You need to install the drivers for your wireless hardware. Go to HP's
tech support site for your specific model laptop and download all
necessary drivers and HP laptop software.
