i installed winxppro sp1 in first partation (eg, c:\)
and install win2k3 server enter; in 2nd partation (eg, d:\)
and then>>>
my winxp pro is damage
how i do recover this?
how i do multios create for this 2 OS?

What exactly is the problem with the WinXP installation? You haven't
provided enough information.
