with almost all my programs, when i try to open them, i get multiple messages
"this msi must be installed from setup" it is annoying and have not found
solution.

What programs? Have you tried letting these "programs" do what they are
trying to do?

BTW, PLEASE use a subject a LITTLE more descriptive than just "winxp".

You may need to go back using system restore to the point before the problem
started.
