I use dialup and have forgotten to close the connection
after finisihg using it. After a few minutes i looked at
the tray connection icon and noticed it's sending and
recieving data allthough i am not using any dialup
connected services. I've run netstat which showed an
active connection to microsoft, i enclose a screenshot
here

Now 15 minutes later it's still doing it.

I don't like disclosing usage data so i have all usage
tracking and simmilar options turned off. Does anyone
know what kind of data is then being sent?

Nothing is being sent to Microsoft in that picture. Those are connections
to/from a PC named "pc-apf5wzywhuqp" which I'm willing to bet is the default
name your PC was given by the setup wizard when windows was last installed.

The last time my PC was sending and receiving data like that, I had a
virus. I can't remember which one it was though. If you haven't
already, it's worth getting checked out.
