WinXp Re-Install error mssg at 34 min mark

I kept receiving a message when i tried to start any program that the system
32 rundll.exe file was missing. I was told that I had some spyware had
gotten to it. I was also guided to reinstall Winxp Pro and that would cure
the prob. Well when I try to reinstall around the 34min mark I receive at
Basic "Stop error" Message: File Not Found...no file name given. This is
during the devices install phase. As i have some but limited knowledge I do
not know what the next step would be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hopefully my limited knowledge will get me through.

Thx for the link Denny. Call me crazy but exactly how do i get to that
Pnplog.txt exactly. Im at the command prompt, and exactly what am I looking
for? Thnx again
