WinXP Pro: Differences between standard version and academic version?

I'm going to upgrade to the academic version of WinXp Pro. Is there any
functionality differences between this version and the regular version?

No, only the price and the EULA (and probably the packaging) differ.

No, the functionality is identical. Only the licensing differs.
