WinXP on a WinNT domain

I upgraded by computer from Win98 to WinXP. It is
connected to a WinNT Server with domain. When I upgraded
to WinXP, I cannot connect to the domain of the WinNT
server. I already installed the SP6a of WinNT and still
to no avail. When I use the workgroup, I can see the
other computer units of the domain but cannot see the
server. I can browse the net, since we have a separate
server for that. I manually placed an IP address for my
computer. The default gateway is the internet server.

I hope someone could help me on this.

you may have to take it out of the domain restart and
then add it to the domain again.
