I am installing WINXP on a pc and when it gets to the end of the
installation, a blue screen comes up with DRIVER_IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
What is this? It reads something about possibly having to disable hardware
or software or even disabling memory caching or shadowing. The end reads that
it has dumped physical memory. The pc only has 64mb memory, could this be the
problem? XP minimum req. is 64mb. Thanks.

You already got answers to this question. Rephrasing it and reposting it
isn't going to get you different answers. The ancient Windows 98 pc on
which you are trying to install XP for your friend will not run XP.
Hardware components may even be dying and you might be unable to
install Win98 on it, either.

To successfully run XP you need a minimum of 256MB of RAM (and the
system will not be perky with that little memory), a hard drive of at
least 30GB, and a processor of at least 350-400MHz.

Do your friend a favor and put Win98 back on the machine.
