from checking the event log and checking the hardware BIOS and
unchecking the automatic restart...Ran AntiVirus and AntiSpyware
etc...But could not figure out the problem some say it is over heating
but some times it reboots the first time when I login to the system in
the morning too...So no real reason..Some one please help me!!

Well, there is a reason - you just haven't found it yet. Do hardware
troubleshooting to make sure it isn't Windows.

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts
with known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA).

Hey,

If you are not seeing a blue screen or any entries in the application
log, it sounds like the problem might be hardware. If it seems to be
sporadic, try this: In the rear of the computer, where the power cable
connects to your power supply, try wiggling the power cable to ensure a
snug connection. Some times, those cables can become worn and loose
over time, and bumping your PC may cause the power supply to
momentarily lose power, and may cause the system to seem to 'reboot'
replicating the symptoms you described. If that cable wiggles around,
replacing the cable may solve your problem. If the cable is snug, I
would take it in to your local computer repair shop and have them give
it a once-over. It could be something as simple as a short in your
reset switch, it could be your power supply going bad.
