Once you have created the two accounts, follow these steps only if you are
using one login into the computer.
1. Open the Mail Setup dialog box.

In Microsoft Windows XP
a.. In Control Panel, double-click User Accounts, and then click Mail.
Note If you are using Control Panel classic view, double-click Mail.
In Microsoft Windows 2000
a. In Control Panel, double-click Mail.
1. Click Show Profiles.
2. Do one of the following:
To specify a profile to be used every time you start Microsoft
Outlook, click Always use this profile, and then, in the list, click the
profile you want.
To be prompted to select the Outlook user profile to use each time
you start Outlook, click Prompt for a profile to be used.
