Hi,

Please let me know how to solve the problem of:
C:\DOCUME~1\User1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER2B.tmp.dir00
\WINWORD.EXE.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\User1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER2B.tmp.dir00
\appcompat.txt
 
Hi Dasc, post to the Word NG, advise what Version you are using.
Communities (Under Office)
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/

Before you do, see if there are any errors under Applications regarding MS
Office.
Note the Event ID and what it says about the error.
Start/Run/Eventvwr.msc
Click OK

I can not change the font and even print the document

Please help me
