wintcp.exe is a file in my system32 folder that sends tons of data over my
DSL connection. Is this a legit part of Windows XP Pro? I've temporarily
removed it and all seems to be well. Thanx for the help.

Thanx for the response. I'm assuming that wintcp.exe is not part of windows
XP.
I'll run Adaware.
