WINS and DIRECTORY SERVICE

I have 2 wk2 servers. One has just been upgrade from nt4.0. Now I'm getting event id 4260 which is a WINS error and 1130, 1312, 1375 which are directory service errors. Can any one help with these errors

4260 and 4261 are usually hand in hand:

As for AD, you have a couple major issues. They seem to point to DNS lookup
errors. Can you post your actual AD DNS domain name and an unedited ipconfig
/all for starters to better assist?

I can't help much with just the error ID the entire event would help more
below is what I could find with just the ID
post back with the entire event and an unedited ipconfig /all
