BUT it looks like Winrar.exe is part of windows... one

I guess some trojans use that program to multiply
themselves.(?) Try running some programs like Adaware
and "Spybot search and destroy" to see if they look at
the winrar as a problem.
I am not an expert, I simply did some searching to try
and be helpful.
