Hi

I am having repeated difficulties with a "homepage
hijacker".

I have both Norton Antivirus and Spyhunter installed and
they seem to be doing their job but every time I turn my
computer back on my homepage has changed to
http://www.icanfindit.net/?aid=571
and there are 10 "parasites" on the computer that were
deleted before shutting down. For that reason I assume a
program is infected rather than something coming from the
net.

Everytime Norton picks up an infected program it is
C:\WINDOWS\system32\winproc32.exe and I want to get it
off the system but I don't know if that will have a bad
effect.

Will deleting the program effect the rest of the system??
Does anyone know??

Hi, I have just deleted it from my system and everything is working
fine and AFAIK the program is NOT part of windows.

Hope this helps!
