winnt.sif and commandlines.txt

If someone could confirm:

I am installing xp off of a cd and a winnt.sif. Therefor commandlines.txt
will not execute.

I have pieced this statement together from various sources, so I wanted to
confirm what I have concluded.

The file is called CMDLINES.TXT and all the file is able to do may be
placed in the GUIRUNONCE section of winnt.sif.

We had some bad luck with CMDLINES.TXT in W2k-environments, switched
to GuiRunOnce and never looked back.
