why dose it use up so much memory sometimes. My cousin said it was a virus that also wont let me set up a home network. If it is a virus how do I get rid of it cause Norton is not doing a damn thing.

problem is likely unrelated and your cousin is most likely incorrect.

And when I try to run norton winlogon.exe slows my computer to a crawl
