wininit.dll ?!?!

can someone tell me what this is/does because i cant get
onto the ebay cgi-based sites and this is (along with
hungapp) is the mod name error i get after i terminate IE.
what is it?!

Wininet.dll is one of the main core files that IE uses to communicate. What
type of error are you getting?
