wininet.dll crash

How can I get the updated wininet.dll mentioned on http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;843613 ? Why doesn't Microsoft provide a DIRECT link to it instead of forcing me to go through their support antics?

Well, installing SP2 seems to've fixed the wininet.dll crashes. But now the printer driver crashes in ole32.dll or something. <sigh>
