WinDVD Suite: Installation fails

Hi

In the P4P800-E Deluxe MB package was the CD 'WinDVD Suite' included.
The software should be installed on PCs with an ASUS MB.
But the installation fails?

Any recommendation?

what flavour of XP you running? installing SP1a seems to be the cure for a
lot of problems. Lot of talk about SP2 but SP1 ot 1a for sure. YOu might
check the Asus site or Google on your problem.
