I have windowsap professional and I am a single user. I recently wanted to
uninstall Norton, since it was installed under windows 98 environment, and
the do a re-install. I was unable to uninstall Norton and an error message
appeared. 'Could not access network location, <common Administrative Tools>
All Users\ error 1606. Anyone suggest a solution.
