I bought a new and faster PC to replace my Windows 2000 PRO system.
The new system came with Windows XP home.
I installed Apache 2 and a Mail server and have it running well.
The Problem...
If I have a power outage while at work or away from home, I can make the
PC power back on, but Windows XP stops at the User Selection Screen. Is
this an issue?
With Windows 2000, I could configure it to automatically log on to a
specified userid. Can this be done With Windows XP/
....if not, I will want to install Windows 2000 into the new PC. Are
there any issues I should know about regarding installing Windows 2000
onto a machine that already has XP home installed?
Thanks so much!
