I migrated from Windows ME to Windows XP Home edition.
How can I remove or uninstall the old operating system
(Windows ME from the computer)

Hi Sam,

You should be able to do a disk cleanup and remove the old me installation.

Yes you can when the setup starts installing it will
prompt where you want to install you windows. On which
drive. For example if you drive is C:/ and you have
windows me on it then press D on it to delete everything
off of it and reformat it. Once its done go back to that
page it will take you back and Click C or ENTER on the
drive (C:/) to install xp home. when its done intalling
everything will be deletated off of you computer and
windows xp home will be the only thing on it but
offcourse you can install programs jut like on me. YOu
willg et all your space back and a fresh new version of
windows on your computer. (computer must be comapatible
with XP HOME (OS) )() XP PRO ROCKS
