When trying to access Help&Support from the start menu the drive wirrs but nothing happens then a message says filemgmt.hlp is needed if not on disk re-install. The 32kb file is in my docs and settings. When I go into system32 folder and click on svhost.exe the same thing happens. I have a VAIO notebook and Sony says they didnt supply a repair function on the installation CD's. I really don't want to have re-stall the whole system and my applications. Is there any other way?
