Of course being a village idiot I screwed up my first message. All I need to
know is why my webroot spyware keeps showing the same file and when I mark it
as remove it just comes back....the file is Windows\System32\7nhrle.exe is
this a problem?

Because you probably have some malware that respawns itself every time
you delete it. Go through these malware removal steps systematically,
doing everything in Safe Mode with updated tools:
