windows2000 advanced VPN-server with client windows-XP???

Hello All,

I want to make a windows2000 advanced VPN server.
Is it possible to connect to such a server with a windows XP client??
Or do I have to connect to the server using a windows2000 client??

Can someone explaint this to me??
