I am trying to set up my website and i dont know how but what would really
help me is if some one could tell me how i display 2 windows on my screen at
the same time.
One window containing the control panel and the other showing the ausweb
insruction manual,can i have both on the screen at the same time side by side?

Sure. Just don't maximize them, and you can arrange the windows how you
like. Click the "middle" button on the title bar (top right) until you can
drag the lower right-hand corner to resize the window.
