windows xpe stop for a few minuts and next go

in my immage next the star the system, when i make click on star in the taskbarmenu, the system stop for a few minuts, if i click on the desktop icon the operative system work but if i click on taskbar menu not work, anyone can help me,

One posibility.

If you have network adapter, try using static adresses or you must have DHCP
server on your network.

it is a good osservation.
When the sysyem for the moment no stop, i have another question:
when i click on shutdown if the rete-cable is insert, the system is slow in shotdown, but if the cable is disconeted the
system is fast.
the hardware is a boser2603, if i watch with controll manager all the peripherical are correctly installed
anyone have some idea?
