use tools
system configuration utility
tab BOOT.INI
remove the second line in the section [operating systems]
and make sure that in the [boot loader] section the line after default=
contains the same reference as the one line remaining in the [operating
systems] section.
for example, mine reads: multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
If it does not, then you will get a extra menu option as you did: windows
default
