my home edition all of a sudden will not shutdown it just goes into restart and boots up again. I have no idea what started this. .....Any suggestions greatly appreciated as I have to just shut the power of.
Right click on My Computer - properties - advanced tab - under startup & recovery click settings , under system failure uncheck the box in front of auto restart. Let us know if this helps.
