Windows XP won't show my RAID 0 Array

I didn't install XP or boot from a RAID array, I just made an array as
a storage drive, installed the drivers, and the device manager lists my
array as a disk drive but it still won't show in "My Computer" to use.

You dont really give sufficient info, eg raid device, on mobo or addon card?
Depending on the above you may have to run a repair install of win, using
the F6 option to install raid drivers from floppy, or you may simply have to
Format/partition the raid within Disk Management, or you may have to use the
raid controller utility to set up the raid

It is an on-motherboard nVidea raid controller and I did use the
controller utility to set it up. I'm not booting from the raid so I
didn't think I'd need a floppy for it, I just installed the raid
drivers from the CD (I also don't have a working floppy drive).

Disk Management is the only solution I didn't try yet, how should I go
about this?

Like I said, in the hardware device manager it says that I have a 800GB
hard drive, my raid array, but I can't use it because it won't show in
My Computer. Even if I take them out of raid too, I can't see them
individually there either.

Depending on your mobo you may have to enable the raid in the bios,
allthough if the nvidea utility has been used to set up the raid then this
is unlikely.
See win help for Disk Management,
Basically start Disk Management, it should show your raid disk,
format/partition it as required.
Untill the disk has been formated it wont be seen by win

If it shows in device manager, go to the diskmanagement dashboard to
initialize and format the drive.
