If someone has knowledge of this issue, please help and appreciate it.

Windows XP(pro), windows update asks to logged on as administrator even I
logged on as administrator.
The message I got is as follows;
To install items from Windows Update, you must be logged on as administrator
or a member of the Administraotrs group. If your computer is connected to a
network, network policy settings might also prevent you from completeing this
procedure.

I checked system policy in my network but no network policy is applied.

Please help
