Hello,

When I first installed XP, whenever I subscribed to a web site with password
access, I was prompted by XP if the passwords should be saved:
1.. Select the Remember my password check box.
2.. Click Don't ask for this password again
if I wanted to save this password. Now I am no longer prompted by XP, and
passwords are not saved by my machine. Is this a setting in the registry?

Many thanks,
Paul

If you go to Internet Explorer and do Tools then Internet Options, then
click the Content Tab, then go the Personal Information section towards the
bottom and click the AutoComplete button. The fourth tick box is prompt me
to save passwords.

This should get you going.
