My windows when minmized goes completely off the screen,
the only way I can view it is to right click and maximize
it. How can I get the minimize screen to still be
visible?

Thanks in advance for your help

Press <alt-spacebar>, the the M key. Use the arrow keys to move the
window onto the screen. When it's where you want it, hit <enter>. If the
arrows do nothing, press NUMlock first.

It's not clear what you are asking. What minimize is supposed to do is remove that window from the screen completely, leaving just the indicator in the task bar at the bottom. It's always been that way with Windows. Minimize is the Minus button in the upper right corner of the window. Perhaps you are talking about the Maximize button, the center button of the 3, which allows toggling between a full size window and a smaller window. If the small size of that function has been set to position the window off the screen, you can right click it's button on the task bar, then select Move, then use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the window back to where you can see it. Once you can see the window, you only need to click and hold in a blank area of the top bar of that window and drag it where you want it.
