When I logon I no longer get the Welcome Screen where I can choose the name I wish to log on under. I have already gone through the User Accounts tab in control panel. Still nothing. I don't know if somehow I deleted the necessary file. If you know what the problem is or how I may fix it, please let me know. Thank You! (e-mail address removed)

Checkpoints:

Welcome Screen is not available if:

1/ Your system is in a domain
2/ You've used a third-party GINA

For the 2nd point, there is the solution:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/fix_xp_logon.htm
This should reset the default GINA in registry.
