Windows XP wants "cc commons"

After changing my antivirus program, and then going to a restore point due to
Outlook refusing to open... my Windows program now opens with a dialog box
seeking "cc commons." It wants a cd. This is a new Dell laptop and it
didn't come with a windows disk. Arggghhhh. Hope someone can help me get rid
of this. Everything else seems to work ok.

Startup tab
