Hi. Will XP SP2 be only available for download and on CD
for maybe $10.00? Or will Microsoft offer full and
upgrade retail boxed versions of XP SP2? Thanks.

No one knows. But I would think what happened with SP1 is a fair guide.
That was download - either 'express' or the full thing in one big
download; a CD you could order from the same page; and retail disks
coming out with it included some time later

Distribution options have not been announched.
These will be covered at the time of availability.

Microsoft hasn't announced what they will do yet, but assuming
they do it as they have in the past, all three ways will exist.
