Windows XP SP2 download does not happen

Hi! This is a odd situation. When I turne on my laptop
this weekend, it automatically downloaded the SP2 and
completed the installation without a hitch. So I
immediately turned on my desktop hopeing it would do the
same thing. No, no downloading is happening. I checked
the automatic update setup and it was turned on already.
So is my internet firewall. Whatelse can I do
to "trigger" it to start download SP2? I am totally
puzzled by this. Please help!!!

Be patient - wait 3 more days at least )I don't mean actively, I mean try it
again on August 25 late afternoon/August 26 day..

Thanks for the advise. Do you know why I got SP2 on my
laptop yesterday? Do you think Microsoft would distiguish
between a laptop and desktop and decide which one it
should grant the download first?
