My PC has begun freezing up since I installed SP2,
usually when opening programs like Juno, AOL or
FrontPage. I have a K62 400 CPU with 196MB of memory. I'm
wondering if more memory will solve the problem, of if I
need a whole new motherboard and CPU. Thanks in advance
for any suggestions.

If it worked fine with SP1, you don't need a new motherboard/CPU. Your
specs are boderline as I would recommend at least a 1 GHz CPU and 256 MB
of RAM for XP, but they should still work fine. I would try
reinstalling your drivers and then the applications that are causing you
the problems :)
