I need help on how I can make a Windows XP CD with SP2 applied. I guess I
need it in case I will have to use "sfc" command to reinstall system
protected files, when it asks me to insert the Windows XP CD.

Will,

Is the slipstreaming process doable with the XP Upgrade CD as well as the
full version?

Thanks,

It looks like this nLite does a bunch of things, but... downloading net
framework (106 MB), installing it - and I really don't need stripping
anything out of my XP installation disc... I only need to SP2 my XP CD... and
using this program is very much like taking a 747 to travel from Brooklyn to
Manhattan... :-)))

I'm sure there should be a nice command that would allow me to apply SP2 on
the installation CD (copied onto hard drive, of course), like "update", I
used something like that in order to make a SP1-ed XP CD... (I've already got
the full version of SP2 - for net administrators).

Thanks!!!

Hi

Yes - you can use either an upgrade CD or a full version CD.
