Windows XP SP2 and Windows 2000 Server with Active Directory

After install SP2 the network stops, with an error in firewall, after first
boot.

If the machine with XP and SP2 does not belong an Active Directory (W2000)
the problem not occurs.

I´m crazy with this!

Any suggestions?
