windows xp sp2 and frontpage

Hi,
I am not able to open localhost web via Microsoft frontpage. It gives error
message saying "You don't have permission to access this Web folder location"
I checked permission and it seems ok. My account is under administrative
group.
I did not have this problem before sp2 installation. My computer runs iis 5
, frontpage server extensions 2002, and frontpage 2003.

Hi,
If you can, open your home page with your web browser (use your actual
http://IP#/FileName.Ext if you have to), then try right clicking 'Edit in MS
FrontPage' on it.
