Windows XP shutdown problem

Can Anyone please help me. I have installed Windows XP
professional it works perfectly, but as soon as I try to
dial into my internet connection, within a few seconds
the "ERROR" message appears, and it says "WINDOWS IS NOW
SHUTTING DOWN" This keeps on happening all the time and
there is no way I can get into the inter net. Can you
help me in this matter.

You should post the exact and complete error message that you recieve and
we'll have a better chance at determining what is wrong for you.
